Question: Can you put 18 inch rims on the 2006 mercedes s350?

The rims on the car now are 17 inch.

Of course!!! I put 20 inches on a 2006 S 350!!! But all bigger wheel will always affect speed such as maybe going a tad bit slower and etc.

Yes, you can fit 18 " rims on a W220 chassis S-Class.
